I am so very sorry to hear this. I have a very very close relationship with my grandchildren, and all I can say is that I treasure every moment I have had with them. Their parents think I spoil them rotten, and I do. Because I can. They have given me so much love that it has sincerely brightened my life. I believe every day I've had with them is a gift and I'm sure your Grandma feels the same way.
I don't know you...happened to see your blog just today. First I want to say I'm so sorry for you and your family. I have been were you are with my sister 2 years ago. We had 6 months with her before she left this world. Six months that I spent every second I could with her...I hope that you get to do the same. Please contact me thur my blog...my hope is to be there for as many people as I can.
