Book Review: Psychic by Sylvia Browne

Before the semester ended I received an email from a woman named Trish Collins asking if I would be interested in reviewing Sylvia Browne's new book and I have to be honest at first I was very afraid it was a scam, but once the book arrived I was so thrilled! I'm a huge Sylvia Browne fan so this opportunity was amazing. Anyway, this post is supposed to be my book review so let me get to that lol.

First I want to say this is the first official book review ever done here so I apologize if it's not as professional as other book reviews. Second I have to say this book could not have come at a better time. I was hooked from page one. Sylvia's writing style is light, informal, and refreshing; quite like Sylvia is when she would do appearances on the Montel show. Psychic is a book all about Sylvia's life, from childhood until now. At 73 she's still going strong.

From front to back there was not one thing that I couldn't personally relate to minus being psychic of course. This is a very healing and uplifting book. It is my firm belief that anyone of any faith can enjoy this book. Apart from a religious point, a person must not be living life if they can't find something to interest them or something to relate to in this book.

This book found me at a time when I really needed healing and I got it from this book. In my opinion every person who is capable of reading should go out and buy this book. You won't regret it I promise. Even if you have no clue who Sylvia Browne is go buy her new book Psychic. You'll get to know Sylvia and might even learn something about yourself in its pages.

I used to read that sort of thing back, well, let's just say a long, long time ago.
I used to watch Sylvia on the Montel show. He gave a lot of credit to her.
I remember her saying that she could not see any further than her 100th birthday.

Mm, it sounds like one of those goodies I like having with me in case the world comes crumbling down on me. You are right books that promote healing and stories of a life lived well, can be a great tool for everyone. Thanks so much for sharing!

And congrats on getting your first review request! May you get many more ;-}
